Unless otherwise required by applicable law, this agreement is governed by the laws of Spain and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Madrid, Spain.
We may modify these terms at any time. If we make substantial changes, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using the services. If you continue, you will accept the new terms.
